When baked, they have a crispy outer layer flavored with savory garlic butter and fresh herbs! Accordion Potatoes are a lot easier to make than they look! Try them for yourself with this easy recipe! Instructions Peel your potato.

Slice potato into 1/6-inch slices, cutting only 2/3 of the way through (the chopsticks will make sure your knife does not cut all the way through). Repeat with remaining potatoes. Very gently spread the slices of potato apart. Brush the potatoes on each side with half of the olive oil and season with all of the savory herbs. Brush the sweet potatoes with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle on some salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping once after the first 20 minutes of cooking.
